Refund & Returns Policy

At Ral Gifts & Hampers, every hamper is carefully curated and packed with care. Because many of our products include perishable and personalised items, our refund and returns policy reflects the nature of what we sell.


What We Can Help With

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following situations:

  • Damaged in transit — If your hamper arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Send to sales@ralgifthampers.com. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Wrong order delivered — If you received an incorrect hamper, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a correction at no extra cost.
  • Failed delivery (our error) — If a delivery fails due to an error on our part, we will redeliver at no charge or issue a full refund.

What We Cannot Refund or Replace

Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perishable items (fresh fruit, chocolates, biscuits, baked goods) once delivered
  • Sealed wines, spirits, and alcoholic beverages once delivered
  • Personalised or custom-branded items (corporate hampers with logos, names, or bespoke packaging)
  • Items damaged due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Orders where the recipient was unavailable and the hamper was left as instructed

Recipient Not Available at Delivery

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to leave the hamper in a safe location or with a neighbour, as instructed. We are not liable for spoilage or loss after a successful delivery attempt. Please ensure delivery details and instructions are accurate at checkout.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations after this window cannot be guaranteed, as hampers may already be packed or in transit. To cancel, contact us at sales@ralgifthampers.com with your order number.


Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.


Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate orders are governed by the terms agreed at the time of quotation. Custom refund and replacement terms apply and will be outlined in your order confirmation or service agreement. For queries, contact our corporate team at hello@ralgifthampers.com.
