Refund policy
We operate a returns policy only for order cancellation. Goods once dispatched for delivery cannot be returned except if defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you notify us of your cancellation by writing to us at sales@ralgifthampers.com within 48 hours of delivery
DAMAGES /ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE / EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom products such as special orders or personalized items
- Personal care goods such as beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Gift Cards/Vouchers
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to amend the gift card /voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Due to the nature of the items we use for hampers we are unable to issue refunds for Gift Hampers. If your hamper does not arrive in its intended State, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery we’ll investigate swiftly and do all possible to make it right.
