Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day to 2 business days. For urgent /same day deliveries please indicate at checkout and we will do our best to ensure your order gets to its delivery location. We offer a range of options for you to choose from to ensure your gifts arrive when expected while providing the best value for money.

Ral Gifts & Hampers delivers to all states in Nigeria. All gifts and hampers' estimated time of delivery outside the Abuja region ranges from 2-5 days. The delivery fee depends on the size of your gift and the exact delivery location.

While we make every effort to have your goods delivered on schedule, our couriers are not a guaranteed service. Ral Gifts & Hampers does not accept responsibility for any delivery delays. Notwithstanding we will liaise with the courier company to ensure your deliveries are carried out at the scheduled time. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising after dispatch has taken place. Ral Gifts will not be responsible for who signs for accepting delivery. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to an unattended address. Ral Gifts& Hampers accepts no responsibility for any errors Clients make for card messages or other information. If an order needs to be redelivered an additional charge will be passed on to the customer.

All Christmas hampers and gift basket orders requiring interstate delivery before Christmas must be received no later than 18th December.
