Ral gift & Hampers deliver to all states in Nigeria. All gifts or hampers estimated time of delivery outside Abuja region range from 2-5 days. The delivery fee depends on the size of your gift and delivery location

 we offer discounted rates for bulk orders above N2, 000,000placed ahead of time i.e 2 weeks prior to delivery. kindly call to discuss further.

While we make every effort to have your goods delivered on schedule, our couriers are not a guaranteed service. Ral Gifts & Hampers does not accept the responsibility for any delivery delays. Notwithstanding we will liaise with the courier company to ensure your deliveries are carried out at the scheduled time. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising after dispatch has taken place. Ral Gifts & hampers will not be responsible for who signs for accepting delivery. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to an unattended address. Ral Gifts & Hampers accepts no responsibility for any errors Clients make for card messages or other information. If an order needs to be redelivered, an additional charge will be passed on to the customer.

All Christmas hampers and gift basket orders requiring interstate delivery before Christmas must be received by Ral gifts & hampers no later than 18th December.

Hampers & Basket availability

In the unlikely event that an individual item in a hamper is unavailable we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. If you do not want us to do this please state this in the comments section during checkout.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to an order can be up to 24 hours after order confirmation. To cancel an order please reply to your confirmation email. write to us at sales@ralgifthampers.com. Administration fee of Cancellation N1500 apply.

Gift  cards

Gift card/ vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on gift vouchers.

Where goods you have purchased with a gift card are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned, monies owing will be refunded to the same gift voucher code.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.

We reserve the right to amend the gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
